Out of hours emergencies

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding most bank and public holidays. Outside of these hours either e-mail your enquiry to info@sstaffs.gov.uk, use our website or call again once we have reopened.

For highways, flooding or street lighting please call Staffordshire County Council on 0300 111 8000.

For housing queries, please contact your housing provider directly.

If your call is in regards to an emergency at the Hinksford Mobile Home Park, hazardous litter, homelessness, stray dogs, dangerous structures or environmental issues including gypsy/traveller incursions please contact 01384 679027.
