Community Right to Challenge

The Community Right to Challenge will allow parish councils and voluntary community groups to submit challenge to take over the running of a local public service on behalf of the council. If successful, this will lead to a procurement exercise for the provision of that service.

The following information gives more details of who can submit an Expression of Interest and the process that then follows.
