If this is unavailable, you can set up a direct debit by emailing taxation@sstaffs.gov.uk confirming the following details:
- Customer name
- Property address
- Council tax reference number
- Telephone number
- Bank sort code
- Bank account number
- Bank account name
- Preferred payment date (choice of 1st, 15th or 25th of each month)
- Choose 10 or 12 instalments

You have a choice of payment dates: 1st, 15th or 25th of each month, over 10 or 12 instalments.
Upon receipt of the information, we will endeavour to process your application with 14 days.
