Do I have to create an account?

No, you can use the Customer Portal without logging in. We do recommend creating an account as it will give you access to a range of features which aren't available to those who aren't logged in. By creating an account your details will be automatically filled in on forms to save you time, you will also be able to see records of all the forms you submit to us, as well as any updates and the ability to cancel or update some of your requests.

Do I have to live in South Staffordshire to create an account?

No, you don’t have live within the South Staffordshire to have a customer account

How can I change my details or password?

Once you log in, select My Profile from the top menu, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Update Details

Is this different to My Account?

Yes, My Account will stay available until the Autumn 2023 when it will be turned off and all online services will be available in the Customer Portal. Your My Account log in details will not work on the new Customer Portal.
