We do recommend creating an account as it will give you access to a range of features which aren't available to those who aren't logged in. By creating an account your details will be automatically filled in on forms to save you time, you will also be able to see records of all the forms you submit to us, as well as any updates and the ability to cancel or update some of your requests. To manage your council tax, business rates and banefits you will need to create an account so that we can verify who you are.
