Join us at the stunning historic house at Weston Park for the official launch of Inspiring Tomorrow’s Workforce — a forward-looking initiative led by South Staffordshire Council and supported by Business Ambassadors, this project connects education and employers to inspire our future workforce.
This event will be delivered in partnership with the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and the Stoke and Staffordshire Skills Hub, with a focus on Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs), showing how businesses, educators, and skills providers are aligning training with local employer needs.
At the heart of the project is Your Pathway from Classroom to Career, an interactive digital careers brochure featuring:
South Staffordshire is home to over 4,500 businesses — from global brands to innovative enterprises — and this initiative is a powerful step towards bridging the gap between classroom learning and workplace skills.
