You need to register with us so that we have up-to-date information on your food premises so that we can visit them when we need to.
Registration applies to all types of food business, including catering businesses, certain manufacturers, food businesses run from home, mobile or temporary premises, such as stalls and mobile vans etc.

If you intend to operate a business that manufactures or processes meat, meat products including minced meat, fish or fishery products including shellfish, milk, dairy products and collagen then you will need to be ‘‘Approved’’ first.
A food business that needs approval will not be able to start trading until they have been granted approval.
