The estate provides three units ideal for the small businesses about to start up or looking to expand into larger premises. Part of the Council's former depot, the premises were refurbished in 1987 to form these units, several of which have a loading platform facility. These units were extensively refurbished again in 2008 and re-clad in insulated profile steel.

Specification

All units have mains services (except gas) connected, including a three phase electricity supply. Each unit has its own toilet and wash hand facilities. There are ample parking and loading areas.

Lease Terms

Leases are available on 3 year terms, or on variation subject to negotiation with the Council. All units are let on a full repairing and insuring basis. All units are insured on a common policy by the Council and the cost recovered from tenants. Incoming tenants will be responsible for all reasonable legal costs incurred.
