 We want everyone's time in our gym to be enjoyable, so we ask all customers to remember the following when using the facilities.

• Customers are required to sign the health commitment statement prior to exercising.
• Customers must register at reception, prior to participating.
• Please wipe down equipment after use.
• Appropriate clothing and footwear is required when using the gym.
• Please use the lockers in the changing rooms for your belongings.
• Our gym's aren't always manned. If you require assistance when there are no team members on the gym floor, please speak to our reception team.
• In case of emergency, push the help alarm.
• During busy times, please be mindful of the length of time you spend on each piece of equipment to allow other gym users to complete their workout.
• Members are entitled to free health checks and complimentary fitness programmes. These can be booked at reception.

Please note that during term time, the gym will be closed at specific times for school use (see timetable above).  During school holidays, the gym will remain open at all times and school closures will not apply.
