The use of the outside garden - It is proposed to use a temporary bar and kitchen within the grounds for the sale of alcohol. The position of the bar/kitchen is shown on the accompanying plan however, we wish to retain the flexibility to move the bar elsewhere within the grounds if/when required. The bar/kitchen although not a permanent structure, is extremely robust but can be removed. 

No changes are sought to the current operation of the premises

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.  Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.  Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
