How to transfer a premises licence.
You can transfer a premises licence if the incoming premises licence holder agrees to the transfer taking place and does not receive objections from the responsible authorities.

Application to transfer premises licence from South Staffordshire Council
Fees
The fee for a transfer of premises licence holder is £23.
If applying by post or in person you can pay by cheque/postal order made payable to "South Staffordshire Council".

Download, print off and complete the application form in the download section.
Return your form to the address below.
If the application is made by post or in person, you must also serve the application on Staffordshire Police, and the Home Office
