Consultation on Duty to Co-operate Documents

At the hearing sessions held in June 2025, the Inspectors asked the Council to submit additional information on the Duty to Co-operate. The information has now been submitted and the Inspectors are running a consultation on these documents. The Inspectors are only inviting responses from the following groups:- 

• Representors who raised duty to Co-operate in their response at Regulation 19 whether in support or raising objections.
• Prescribed bodies  https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2011/20/section/110
• Participants in the Matter 2 Duty to Co-operate hearing session held on Tuesday 27 May 2025.    

The deadline for responses is 5.00 pm on Friday 5th September 2025.  Replies to the consultation will be posted on this page following the deadline.
