Our Volunteer Policy provides our staff with two paid days per year to volunteer to help our communities in South Staffordshire.
Employees can use the skills they have developed at work such as leadership, financial and communication skills to support members of voluntary or community organisations, and improve their own morale, health and well-being, and work-life balance by contributing in this way.
