The Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government is D Hendley BA(Hons) MA MRTPI, who will be attending the Public Inquiry into the above appeal.
The Public Inquiry will be held at the Council Offices, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX commencing at 10.00am on Tuesday 21st October 2025 and is potentially scheduled for 4 days.
