Tickets issued on council owned car parks across the district are processed by our partners at Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

Tickets issued for on-street parking offences are processed by Staffordshire County Council.

How do I appeal against car park fines (issued in car parks)?

Parking appeals can be made online- Challenge A Penalty Charge Notice

Please remember to include the penalty charge number and vehicle details along with a return postal address. 

How do I pay for a fine issued on street or appeal the fine?

If you get a fine for parking on a street in the district, this is managed by Staffordshire County Council and will start with the reference GE. Please visit Staffordshire County Council’s website or call 0300 111 8000 for further information.
