SAD Submission and Examination
Site Allocations Document Submission and Examination
The Council formally submitted the SAD to the Secretary of State on Friday 15th September 2017. Planning Inspector, Stephen Pratt BA (Hons) MRTPI, was appointed to conduct the examination to determine whether the SAD is sound.
The Council appointed a programme officer as the main point of contact for any person who made representations at the Pre-Submission Publication stage, and act as a liaison between the Council, the Inspector and the examination participants. The Programme Officer is responsible for organising and managing the administrative and procedural matters of the examination and is the first point of contact for all matters relating to the SAD examination.
As part of the Examination, hearing sessions were held from 10am on Tuesday 28 November 2017 to Friday 8 December 2017 at the Council Offices in Codsall. These hearings were open to the public to observe and those who made representations to the Publication SAD participated.
The formal Examination period has now ended.
