The Local Plan is the legal planning framework for the district and contains sites for new development and the policies used to decide planning applications.
It is made up of two documents: the Core Strategy and the Site Allocations document or SAD.
For Kinver Parish, the development plan includes Kinver Neighbourhood Plan 2023-2038 in addition to the South Staffordshire Local Plan documents above.
