Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centres Exercise Classes

The leisure centre offers a dedicated exercise class studio and an indoor cycling studio with experienced instructors delivering sessions to suit all ages and fitness levels.   

• Customers are required to sign the health commitment statement prior to exercising.
• Customers must register for every class at reception, prior to participating.
• Customers should speak to the class instructor before the class starts to notify of any medical conditions.
• For safety purposes exercise class instructors reserved the right to refuse entry to classes if the customer is late and fails to complete the class warm up.
• Appropriate clothing and footwear is required for exercise classes.
• In classes with very differing abilities, instructors may tailor exercises to allow customers to choose a difficulty level that suits them. This is to ensure the class is suitable for all abilities.
• Due to limited capacity, booking is recommended. Members 14 days in advance and non-members 7 days. Members can book online via Leisure Hub. To register click here: Create an account - Leisure Hub (sstaffs.gov.uk)
• Please cancel your class if you are unable to attend to enable another customer to use the space. You can cancel at the centre or on your Leisure Hub account.
