Walking Programme 2023 South Staffordshire Council provide a great range of Health and Wellbeing schemes which will not only help you to get fitter and improve your health, but they're a great way to meet new people and are easy to access too. Weekly programmes of activities are held at various locations across the district and include instructor-led Wellbeing Walks, group cycling sessions and gentle exercise classes. Gentle Exercise Classes Gentle Exercise Classes are available for people over the age of 50. The classes cater for all fitness levels and are one hour in duration. The walks vary in length and difficulty with routes suitable for all fitness levels. All new walkers will be required to complete a short registration form on arrival at your first walk.
