The leisure centre offers a dedicated exercise class studio, a wellbeing suite and an indoor cycling studio.
The indoor cycling studio also offers a virtual my ride experience providing users with access to on-demand workouts available everyday of the week.
- Customers are required to sign the health commitment statement prior to exercising.
- Customers must register for every class at reception, prior to participating.
- Customers should speak to the class instructor before the class starts to notify of any medical conditions that may affect capabilities during the class.
- For safety purposes exercise class instructors reserved the right to refuse entry to classes if the customer is late and fails to complete the class warm up.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear is required for exercise classes.
- In classes with very differing abilities, instructors may tailor exercises to allow customers to choose a difficulty level that suits them. This is to ensure the class is suitable for all abilities.
- Due to limited capacity, booking is recommended. Members 14 days in advance and non-members 7 days. Members can book online via Leisure Hub. To register click here: Create an account - Leisure Hub (sstaffs.gov.uk)
- Please cancel your class if you are unable to attend to enable another customer to use the space. You can cancel at the centre or on your Leisure Hub account.
- The leisure centre does not provide exercise mats. Customers are advised to bring their own mat to classes. Mats can be purchased from reception.
