Creating Brighter Futures

We can support you to move into work, gain qualifications or attend training courses to improve your employment prospects.

We are working in partnership with many local and national employers, training and education providers, volunteering organisations and the DWP to provide support.

We can

•    Help you identify your barriers to work and overcome them

•    Source basic, life and career skills

•    Find enrichment and volunteering roles that interest you

•    Increase your digital knowledge and advise how to be safe online

•    Support you to access training and further education if you are currently in work

•    Help you to gain the skills local employers are looking for

•    Provide access to green skills courses

•    Source retraining if you work in the high carbon sector

•    Identify support needed to improve digital skills that local employers need.
