Crime Reduction Advice

In this section, you will find further information relating to Crime Reduction Advice

South Staffordshire Community Safety Partnership is working to reassure local communities and to keep crime to the low levels that they currently are in the district.

Neighbourhood Watch is where people get together in the same street to take action to reduce crime. It's about developing relationships between the community and the local police and developing community initiatives which are run by the community themselves and supported by the police

Neighbourhood Watch schemes can:

  • cut crime and the opportunities for crime
  • help and reassure those who live in the area
  • encourage neighbourliness and closer communities

Below are leaflets, publications and flyers offering advice on how to protect your home, business, vehicles and yourself from crime
