The Affordable Housing and Housing Mix Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides guidance on the interpretation and application of policies H1 and H2 of The Adopted Core Strategy.
It is essential that the Council understands the whole housing market and can develop sound and robust approaches to preparing and reviewing local planning and housing strategies. The latest Housing Market Assessment 2017 aims to enable the Council to understand the nature and level of housing demand and need within South Staffordshire.
