Penkridge Leisure Centre Exercise Classes

Penkridge Leisure Centre provides a programme of exercise and wellbeing classes to suit all ages and fitness levels with classes on offer including Pilates, Yoga, Circuits, Boxercise, Aerobics, Aqua, Body conditioning and more.

The leisure centre offers a dedicated exercise class studio and an indoor cycling studio to accommodate the classes, with experienced instructors delivering  sessions to suit all ages and fitness levels.   

  • Customers are required to sign the health commitment statement prior to exercising.
  • Customers must register for every class at reception, prior to participating.
  • Customers should speak to the class instructor before the class starts to notify of any medical conditions that may affect capabilities during the class.
  • For safety purposes exercise class instructors reserved the right to refuse entry to classes if the customer is late and fails to complete the class warm up.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear is required for exercise classes.
  • In classes with very differing abilities, instructors may tailor exercises to allow customers to choose a difficulty level that suits them. This is to ensure the class is suitable for all abilities.
  • Due to limited capacity, booking is recommended. Members 14 days in advance and non-members 7 days. Members can book online via Leisure Hub. To register click here: Create an account - Leisure Hub (sstaffs.gov.uk)
  • Please cancel your class if you are unable to attend to enable another customer to use the space. You can cancel at the centre or on your Leisure Hub account.
