View and comment on planning applications
You can now use Public Access to view planning application details including plans, documents, decisions and key dates, as well as comment on current applications.
Browser Compatibility – For the best experience please use the most up to date Browser. Internet Explorer is being phased out therefore we recommend either Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Safari. Those using an Android device may need to download documents rather than view them directly within the browser.
If you require access to any documents that do not appear on Public Access from 2015 onwards, please contact planning@sstaffs.gov.uk and these can be made available online on request.
If you require copies of planning documents for applications pre 2015, these files can be sent to you electronically for a fee of £10.00 per application file. You can request these by emailing planning@sstaffs.gov.uk
Read about the planning application process to learn more about how we make our decisions, and how you can influence them.
