Sports Sessions
| Back to Netball | Mondays 7.30pm-9pm |
Back to Netball sessions provide women of all ages with a gentle re-introduction to the sport. Sessions are friendly and cover the basics of the sport including passing, footwork and shooting, and finish with a friendly game to put the skills you have learnt into practice. You don't need any special kit, just clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in and trainers ideally that lace up. Make sure you bring some water. (For people aged 16 years plus). |
| Walking Football | Mondays 6pm-7pm | Walk your way back into fitness and rediscover your competitive side. This session is a great way to get fit. It is suitable for all abilities and welcomes beginners. (for people aged 16 years plus). |
