Waste and Recycling Commitment

• Every home in South Staffordshire will be offered a recycling collection service from the Council.
• We won't empty bins before 07:00.
• If you can't put your bin out for collection, we'll help you, for free.
• We'll publish on our website, update our answerphone system and social media, on your collection day, if there's any reason we can't collect your bins.
• If we miss your bin or can't get to it we'll come back before the end of the next working day (conditions apply).
• If you request our bulky waste collection service, we'll do it within seven days.
• We'll collect bins on all Bank Holidays except for Christmas and New Year.
• We'll let you know where your waste and recycling goes after we collect it by publishing the information online.
