How to use My Account
It is very simple and easy to use My Account. You access council services online from My Account. You will have an option to view services as a guest and as a registered user. The registered users can track their requests online and can see their history online without contacting council 24x7 and they will have their information already filled in the forms . A registered user can also add the following services to their account
- Council Tax
- Housing Benefit
- Tenants Details
- Business Rates
Click the register button on My Account page. You will need to fill the registration form . We will need some basic details from you to register. Fill in the form and you will get a verification email to verify your email address. Verify the email address by clicking the verification link. After your account has been verified, you can login and use the service. Please complete the profile by click on edit profile link. You can access that link by clicking on your email address on the right hand side in user dashboard.
Find My Nearest
It is an exciting service offered in My Account. Guest users and Registered users both can use this service. You will be able to find nearest health care centres, police station and the officers with their contact numbers, local area, parish boundaries and your district Councillors with their details, leisure centres and much more.
You will also be able to see what are the current and future developments in your area. You can view the recent planning applications and their brief details in this section. You will need to register your account to be able to access this.
