|Back to Netball sessions provide women of all ages with a gentle re-introduction to the sport. Sessions are friendly and cover the basics of the including passing, footwork and shooting, and finish with a friendly game to put the skills you have learnt into practice.
You don't need any special kit, just clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in and trainers ideally that lace up. Make sure you bring some water.

Join us in our new No Strings badminton sessions to get some sociable court time for fun, friends and fitness. Sessions are for all abilities, it's no fuss, just fun – pay & play low-cost local badminton.

Judo is a great activity for all ages and abilities. We provide sessions for both children and adults. Judo gives you a full body workout, improves fitness and endurance and gives you self defence skills. The sport also focuses on discipline, respect and self confidence and is great for helping to manage stress.
(For children from 5 yrs+ and adults).
