Walk your way back into fitness and rediscover your competitive side. This session is a great way to get fit. It is suitable for all abilities and welcomes beginners.
Judo is a great activity for all ages and abilities. We provide sessions for both children and adults. Judo gives you a full body workout, improves fitness and endurance and gives you self defence skills. The sport also focuses on discipline, respect and self confidence and is great for helping to manage stress.
Junior classes are 17.30-18.30 and adults classes are 18.30-19.30.
Saturdays 12.00-14.00 and
During this class you will be taught techniques and self-defence moves. This class builds on the basics and involves a lot of fitness and stamina work. You learn how to punch and kick on pads and shields, this helps build confidence and self-esteem.
The junior session is Saturdays 12.00-14.00 and the adults session is 14.00-16.30.
|Athletics||Wednesdays 17.00-18.00||An introduction for young people to take up athletics with the aim to participate in competitions in various track and field events.|

Ideal for beginners and improvers. Children will work towards obtaining the British Gymnastic Proficiency Award.
